Simple Mailchimp newsletter template

I need someone to make a fairly simple template to use in Mailchimp. The template should be working flawlessy in all major browsers and should work just as good in a mobile view as in a desktop view. We have currently a design for this but would like to improve on the current design, so it works a lot better. The work would involve some graphic work to make it look good but the most important thing is to have a template that is "non-spammy" and works in all browsers. For an example of our current newsletter, send a PM and I will send to you. It is a really simple template and shouldn't be too complicated to make. We would also need 4-8 other templates also once this has been fixed/finished. Code of the template must be perfect and work in all browsers, I can't even tell how important this is. I need coders/programmers who are used to work with Mailchimp and can tell us exactly how to "import" the template into Mailchimp. The more experience, the more likely we are to choose you.
