Website Re-design for Asian Video Site

I have an existing design that I need updated to a more clean and professional look. I have created sample mock ups how I want the design to look. The scope of work will be to use the mock up designs that I've created, look at other given URLs of similar sites, and then combine all elements into a nice, clean simple design that has a professional feel to it. Look at youtube.com. Not much there in regards to design, but the overall look and feel is quite nice. Easy to navigate, easy to find things. Also, I only need the home page and one inside page designed. The other pages will use the same template, so they are not required to be part of this scope. Things to know. 1) I have a logo 2) I have the color scheme/combinations 3) I have several mock ups and sample URLs to provide 4) I need you to provide not only the designs, but to do the slicing, and create the HTML so I can give them to my developers to integrate. 5) I need several desings to choose from, not just one. 6) I need quick turnaround. 7) I need someone with experience, meaning I will demand to see a portfolio. If you dont have one, dont waste my time our your time bidding. 8) I will require lots of follow up work if you do a good job. Thanks. Charles
