Woo commerce ninja required

We are designing a site for a hotel and the check will probably use Woocommerce. The payment system is somewhat unusual though. If guests book a room for three days then they must pay for one night when booking. If guests book for 5 or more days, they must pay for two nights in advance. There are a few other variables like that and these need to be built into the payment system. That and integrating the payment system into the reservations system on the site. Fairly straightforward for a competent pro. We will also take your advice on which reservation plug in to use if you prefer.
