Blog/Website + $100/day Adsense + Articles for a year

This is very simple as countless people have posted projects like this. Requirements: I need a Blog or Website that will generate High Traffic with $100/day for a Year in Google Adsense. I am new to all this as I am still in the midst of getting my Google Adsense account approved, so please forgive me if I were to ask stupid questions. Needless to say, it will have to adhere to all sorts of rules. Please give me your ideas. My Budget is $200. To make this attractive, there will be three x payments: 1) Project Fee will be paid after 2 weeks of Sustained performance 2) Bonus Fee of 1x Project Fee to be paid if performance sustains for 3 months. 3) Another Bonus Fee of 1x Project Fee to be paid if performance sustains for 6 months. Lastly, similar projects will pop up and will be awarded to you. Hoping to make this a long-term thing. Thank you.
