Take existing Flash website => convert to HTML + SEO on Google

Hi freelancers! We are a small security guard company in Vancouver Canada and the surrounding metropolitan area. We currently have a flash website built on [login to view URL] but quickly realized it does very little to generate google traffic. This is our current website: [login to view URL] We are open to html or wordpress..but it would be nice to be able to make small changes on our own with a CMS. We need a design savvy individual to understand our overall design language and transfer it into HTML. We are pretty happy with the current design, but look for suggestions on visual improvements. But we would like to keep the fading slideshow (javascript?). Other fixes that need to be made are: the Navigation bar. Readability of info. An added page. We also need to take the website domain from [login to view URL] and get it under our control. I have no idea where it is currently hosted. Company email will need to be set up.. @[login to view URL] The last part of the job would be SEO services, and require getting us a presence on Google and search engines as we currently have almost none. We would like our website to eventually get to the first page for certain keywords. We also currently use Google Adwords but it needs help as we believe it is inefficiently set up. Any previous work done and a history strong google result performance is important. We would like to work with someone who has strong english skills. Can be easily accessible on some kind of messenger (gtalk, msn or skype). Our time frame in approx a week. There is also potential for other work with us as we will require other websites in the future.
