Mailchimp integration with Joomla + Mailchimp template design

We need someone who have experiences with mailchimp templates and integrations with CMS system like Joomla. Our need: We have a web portal [login to view URL] (in Slovene), where we publish articles on daily basis. Now we would like to create a weekly newsletter, where we will publish a list of new articles to our clients emails. For that puprose we choose Mailchimp, which has some modules for integration of Joomla's articles. Project description: 1) You will have to make a new template for Mailchimp, based on our webpage graphic design. In Attachment you will find a sheme of how it should look like. 2) You will have to integrate template with Joomla, so the editor will just have to choose which articles goes to which category. Template for newsletter needs to have al features that are usualy used (unsubscribe, like button,...) 3) You will have to guide us how to use this module and how to integrate Subscription form into our webpage (probably over Skype) and write short manual for it. If this collaboration will be successful we will probably do more work together. If you have experiences on this field, please show us your portfolio of similar projects. We need someone with experiances, especially with joomla [login to view URL] apply, please let us now which module for integration of Joomla to Mailchimp would you like to use and why.
