343095 Modify my Website Template

I need help with modify the template located here - [login to view URL] This is some changes so I need them done for a fair price and done very quickly (today). I need a designer to QUICKLY modify it according to my specs. Things I need done are: 1. Remove the moving Flash header and replace with a smaller JPEG image. (I'll provide the image) 2. Make menu bar (Home, About Us, Services, etc) half the size it currently is. 3. Place a forum icon on the right hand side of home page (I'll provide the icon) I need these changes done within the next 12 hours so please don't bid if you can't complete it within this amount of time.
