eBay.co.uk Shop layout coding

I have designed an ebay shop layout in photoshop which i would like coding an then applying to an ebay shop on the website ebay.co.uk. The design is pretty simple and very similar to this ebay shop which is already on [login to view URL]: [login to view URL] You must be able to code the PSD and APPLY it to the shop as soon as possible as i need this shop online ASAP. I will provide login details for [login to view URL] so you can install the shop design once you have converted the psd. You must be able to start the project right away and im likely to pick the bidder today so please make sure you can start. You must provide all coded files and stylesheets once the project is completed. Payment will be made in full once the project is completed. I will not escrow payment as i have been ripped of with this before. I am a frequent GAF user and have good feedback so you can trust me.
