472063 Joomla or Drupal Simple Artist Fan website development

Hi, I am looking to create an Artist Fan website using Joomla or Drupal.(I could select a free template if needed.) The website will be very simple. Only few pages: Home, Biography, Pictures Galeries, Videos Galeries, Links, Contact us, News, Map site. The content will be easy (text only + few pictures). I will take care to send all the content to the developper. There won't any videos on the website, just pictures that the visitors will click on and then they will be transferred to another website (Links). The design has to be very professional, Elegant and simple. The general image of the website has to be High Quality.
