Profitable Website 45 $/day

Hi, I'm looking to build a website that will earn around 45 $/day. If the website works i'll give you 5 $/day for one year. Total payment will be: 10 $ a day per 365 days= 3650 dollars. Payment will be sent to you every three months. I'm not really worried about how it earns 45 $/day as long as it meets the spec below. * It must be legal * All copyright belongs to me. * Nothing that will get me banned from google adsense,adwards,yahoo or any other site. * Unique and not stolen content which I will get in trouble for later and must be SEO register. * I will require regular visiters reports and comments. * I will check website after that i will decide take website or not i mean yes or no. Payment Information: MOST IMPORTANT THING I WILL PAY U WHEN WEBSITE EARN POSITIVELY REMEMBER IT. When, for some reason, the website stops to earn money, i will stop pay.
