Need Website ecommerce, corporate identity,auction template.

A land seller needs an ecommerce website with the following specification. 1- The website should be fast, user friendly, the owner should be able to upload, add and remove description, photos, videos when required with ease. 2- Should have squeeze page to have the viewer only enter the website by giving their name and email address first (to build up our buyers list). 3- It should have different section for US States, from California land, Arizona land, Misc land section, the operator should be able to add states when required 4- Should have blogs section, articles, maps, social network (ie, facebook, tweeter, etc.) integrated to it. Should have ebay link to our auction listings. 5- Each individual land for sale page should have ability to display 6-12 photos, video link ability to you tube (video should open in a new window linked to you tube). 6- Should have ecommerce shopping basket and be able to take paypal and credit card processing features. It should be able for the buyer to pick financing option by paying a down payment and choose a payment plan or pay the full price by credit card or Paypal or pick a send a check options. 7- The website should have a back end (back office) for virtual assistants and or staff to do work by loging in to the site and be able to review any company training material, be able to download paperwork, land contracts, manual, etc. it should be easy for the owner to upload training, paperwork, manual, land contracts, etc. to the site. 8- There should be a sqeeuze page for people who want to sell their land to us by entering their contact details and their land description and parcel number in order for us to give them an offer to buy their land. 9- ebay auction listing land template; Should have a separate 1 page template to use for ebay auctions listing. Easy to use and upload land descriptin, photo space, and video link to youtube should be easy to cut and paste it to ebay auction land listings.
