182022 Hybrid clone

This project is for the design, development and post implementation of my website. Please read the attached document carefully, and respond to each point one by one to satisfy me that you fully understand the requirements. I WILL NOT CONSIDER bids where each point has not been individually acknowledged. I need to know that you understand and are able to implement all features. Please note that the majority of features required are included in the attached document. However, there are a few unique features which I do not want to disclose publicly. I will discuss this with the winning bidder. I want work to start immediately, and will deposit money in escrow as soon as an agreement is reached.
