WebSystem in NodeJS (Description in English and Portuguese)

We work in the Software as Service in Web. We seek one or more developers to work in our new system. The professional should be open to new concepts and assume some risks. Remuneration will not be made for deliveries or work hours as usual. The proposal is that the remuneration is made through royalties. How the Royalty work? As the system is sold through service, a value X is billed monthly client for system use. 5% of the amount collected each month will be dedicated to the distribution of royalties. As an example, assuming that the system has 100 functions, and each function is assigned a score, in our example, let's assume that the system has a total of 100 points (1 point = 1 function in this fictitious example). If a Developer A has 60 functions and Developer B has 40 functions, Developer A will receive 60% of royalties and Developer B will receive 40% of royalties. The value of the royalties will be 5% of monthly revenue, ie, assuming that we have a turnover of US $ 100,000.00 / month, 5% of this amount will be separated for Royalties, which in this fictitious example would be $ 5,000.00. In the example, monthly the Developer A would have $ 3,000.00 and the developer B would have $ 2,000.00. The active developer is always being paid for work done on a monthly basis. Having billing, has profit sharing. Having no billing, no remuneration. Technology to be made: - NodeJS, MongoDB, Bootstrap, and possibly mySQL and pgSQL. Scope: - Installation of production environment on Web servers existing with other sites using CPANEL / WHM. Environmental compatibility of need. - Basic structure of the system layers (layer design with Bootstrap, layer with Restful with Business Rules, communication layer with configurable database for use in MongoDB and preparation for other banks as mySQL, pgSQL, etc.) - After creating the basic system structure, we will develop the system modules for example: - Central module: - Login screen - Dynamic menu assembly - Access control - User registration, access profile, etc .. After the core module done, we started the development of the other modules, focusing on customer performance of branches, example: Management Module: - Customer base - Register of suppliers - Report A - Report B - Etc, etc, etc. The system modules, screens and priorities for development will be made and mapped throughout the development. Goal of having a total of 10 developers at most, but everything will depend on the evolution of the team. The scoring invoicing and control division will be controlled through management module within the system itself, linked to the billing module of our system.
