BLOG DESIGNERS REQUIRED URGENTLY!

I urgently require a Blog Designer who is familiar with WordPress. Should have a wide knowledge in blog designing, logos, etc, for a wide range of niches. The candidate should be able to be creative and have a flare with colours. The candidate should also be familiar with the range of plug-ins available and be able to transfer blogs from one host to another. The project includes the design, implementation and transferring of the blog from one host to another. The candidate should have an 'eye' to detail. I am only looking for professional and dedicated candidates who take their work seriously. Communication and discipline are very important factors in my business. If I offer a project and the candidate cannot meet the deadline or is unable to complete the job, i expect the candidate to inform me before he or she accepts the job. I expect daily updates on the progress of the blogs. My moto is - 'Never Promise What You Cannot Deliver'. I am looking for a number of candidates for a long-term business. If you are not interested in long-term business, please DO NOT BID. I am only willing to offer $20 per blog. This includes the design, 10 stock images, 1-2 videos, menu tabs, plug-ins etc. I will provide the articles.
