However, my main concern is that our estimate is higher than your set budget of US $5,000, so I am not sure how much flexibility you have in your budget, as this is a big project. I reviewed your attachment. I see that you have mentioned Flutter. I have been working with Flutter since it was still in beta version. I have tons of experience with it. Flutter will save you money and time. It is just awesome. However, I don't agree with your choice of PHP for web side of things. What you want can best be accomplished using Django Rest Framework. We can use AWS for server side of things. I can work with you in this project. I will make sure you are satisfied with everything.
