Dealer Scheme & Claim Management

Here is a brief of our requirement.  Masters 01.   Product Master 02.   Dealer Master 03.   Sales Team Master with hierarchy 04.   Scheme master 05.   Store/Party master Process. 01.   All masters will be created with all desired fields 02.   Sales Person will create a party/store to whom the scheme is to be provided with all details of that party, will map the party with a dealer/distributor mapped to him. 03.   After creation of store, item wise schemes will be created for that party.  Separate schemes for different items will be created. 04.   RSM will approve the scheme 05.   NSM will approve the scheme after RSM’s approval 06.   After NSM’s approval, the scheme will be visible to dealer/distributor on his login. 07.   Similarly, the scheme will be visible to all involved in the deal including dispatch, sales co-ordination & claim approval team. 08.   Dealer will supply the items as per approved scheme 09.  Dealer should enter details of quantity dispatched with each delivery and for each delivery notification should come to concerned sales person who should validate the delivery quantity . Dealer should not be able to enter any delivery details more than 4 days old . 10.   After removal of all objections & final approval by the sales person, RSM will approve the claim. 11.   Such approved claims will then be processed at HO for payment. 12.   After successful verification & validation the claim will be passed by the claim processing team & the same will be updated in the application 13.   An alert /intimation will be sent to concerned dealer/distributor & assigned sales person for the final status of the claim. 14.   Routine status update of claims reached with team are to done 15.   A TAT is to be defined to submit the claims & similar for its processing and approval. 16.   Reports related to all the transactions like claims, schemes, status, item wise reports etc will be required.
