Fundraising campaign

Hi! I have a friend who is a dog rescuer in China, and currently he is drowning in debts (and rescued dogs and cats), so I would really like to help him with fundraising because he doens't really have time to do that. The debts include the shelter fees, medical fees, transportation fees for rescuing the dogs from the death row and etc. As this is the first time I'm fundraising, I'm not sure which package suits my needs the most. Also, as we are not US or European citizens, it wouldn't be possible to register for a gofundme or indiegogo account, so I am thinking of doing this on facebook or instagram. The amount we need to raise is around 7000 USD (approximately 50,000 CNY). Any advice is welcomed. Thanks!
