Help me build a simple landing page / book sale system.

I have one book that I've written, and as a consultant, I would like to promote that book to my target audience of CEO's. I want to create a landing page where people can get the book for free, by only paying shipping / handling costs. My existing site is on Squarespace. There should also be an 'upsell' page where people have the opportunity to buy the electronic version and the audiobook version (all three, as a bundle.) I need to collect money (I have a Stripe account) and then forward that information via some sort of software solution to a fulfillment centre. Ideally, I'd like to split Canadian orders and US orders to different fulfillment centers, but that's not critical. I don't have shopping cart or landing page software set up. I would prefer a one-off solution or a very inexpensive solution - $29 monthly fees for Squarespace are unattractive at this level. I only expect to sell 30-50 books a month, at most. Ultimately, I then want to collect the purchasers email address and add them to a drip email marketing campaign. I have an email marketing service already configured. I also want to capture their info and automatically have them added to my CRM system. I don't think this is going to be a particularly robust or onerous project... I just want some help building the missing pieces, and then connecting all the pieces.
