Kuvu es una startup de impacto social con sede en la ciudad de Bilbao y oficina en Madrid. En Kuvu tenemos la misión de mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas más mayores previniendo la soledad no deseada al mismo tiempo que aumentamos la oferta alojativa para jóvenes en nuestras ciudades. ¿Cuál es el reto? Queremos diseñar de forma adecuada el journey de nuestros usuarios más mayores y mejorar la usabilidad de nuestra plataforma con ellas/os en el centro. Las métricas que usaremos para medir los resultados del diseño serán de: adquisición, conversión, comportamiento y accesibilidad.
