Have been sitting on an idea for a new app/website for some time now. It would serve its purpose within the legal industry here in Australia and possibly worldwide. Looking for a partner that would complete this in their spare time and would work for equity as a partner 50% equity each - with the appropriate and relevant legal protections ofcourse :)

I understand that you want this completing for a 50% equity share. This might be a bit much so I think you should be looking at giving away 40% which I would be happy with. Let me know what you want doing and I will keep you updated as and when things get done. All property that I create will be the rights of both parties with the understanding of the percentage split.
