Poker Portal Page Design

The name of the website is Eat My Stack Poker. I'm looking for someone to design 2 web pages for me. The first page will be a main portal entrance page for my poker sites and I would like it to be designed in the fashion of [login to view URL] although the page can not be copied from there as this is not my site. I would like the main options to be HOME, STORE, BOOKS, FORUM, ARCADE , WEBSITE. I like hot apparel to be replace by HOT STUFF, I would like concrats corner replaced by WINNERS CORNER, I would like TLB rankings replaced by LEAGUE RANKINGS. I would like a space for recent articles, I would like our other companies replace with sponsor links. I would also like the option to add banners to the left hand side of the page as donkey fish poker has done. Images for tshirts can be taken from [login to view URL] You must also include my logo although I would prefer if you removed the shark from the logo and removed the url if possible. The second page will be a coded template to replace my site at [login to view URL] . It should mirror the design of the first page you have created and should have the following menu options with rollovers: home news articles challenges leagues Titan Bonus Poker bonus rakeback stores books crossword forum Please submit a mock-up of your design and I will give the work to the designer who creates the best mock-up.
