PSD to Html EMAIL Template

I have a PSD File that needs to be coded into HTML for use as an Email template. Only bid on this project if you have experience with HTML email templates. It is a 1 page PSD file with images and text. For this project i'm expecting to pay $50-75. NO absolute positioning – the majority of browsers do not support this – as well as Z-Index. DIVs should be used sparingly and not as design layout components. All layout should be done using tables. CSS needs to be done inline (attributed to each element) as many browsers do not support style guides in the head section. Outlook 2007 does not support background images. One method is to take the PSD file and save images and HTML into a table. This will create a table and place the images automatically.
