Upgrade my existing consulting website

I need to overhaul my current site I build myself on WIX about 6 years ago for [login to view URL] and want to move it to wordpress. I need help set-up convert to wordpress, add the SEO needed and other features to give it punch and differentiate from others. I need the site to have contact form, able to showcase services and promotions to engage. Call to action marketing to COVID hit foodservice restaurants and operators who need profit rescue, menu resets, turnarounds or new concepts. Needs to showcase my expertise, have a compelling captivating front page and not a lot of words. I need a blog but do not plan to update daily, it's more of a monthly perspective article, etc. with links to resources. It's not a full database site but needs to register to get a newsletter subscription. Will need help with web design, graphics help for promos and SEO organic marketing. I need a place to park files to share with clients, password protected. I am hoping we can find a great theme template ready with the basics and customize from there to wordpress. Then if all is well, work on the larger project posted. Currently I share through MS office 365 onedrive or googledrive. I would like to take payments for ebooks, training courses or webinars, services or any resources I might sell online. Eventually I will need help creating the animated training course or guided video course creation or voiceover. For now, it's keep it simple as I have another project website posted as my main focus will be after this site to build an online community store coop site that will generate proceeds to feed hungry across america. Then I will retire from the food consulting and just run the online portal store. That project is posted as Community Coop Online store marketplace to sell goods & services (recruiter)
