VBulletin Skin & Flash Items

Hi i just found this site and i am currently looking into a whole new desing for my site so i thought i would make a post here to see what the users of this site have to offer and your prices. basically i currenty have a 6month old hiphop forum, which is already regarded as one of the leading forums. right now i think its time i make my site unique, obviously with vbulletin their are limits but i believe their is many ways i can make my site above the rest in terms of design and features.. you can check my site out here so u can get an idea of the current layout design.. [login to view URL] what i basically want is something unique and colorfull, i also want alot of graphics as most vbulletin forums are just plain and simple i want mine to be graphically. im not going to explain in detail what exactly i want right now, basically i want to know if some one is willing to work hard on this and make it the best they can, and then obviously i would need to see rough quotes before we start discussing details of the project. other things i am interested in are.. a new flash banner, flash navigation bar.. and a flash music player and video player which has my sites logo embedded on, like a unique player i can use to upload my files to instead of having to use other sites like youtube, imeem etc. if you have any questions feel free to ask as im not sure if i explained in the right way. thank you for your time reading. im not sure about the budget listing price i shoud put so ill select medium project, that can change though.. higher or lower.
