VOIP FLIRT SITE – A Developed Clone of [login to view URL] READ THIS FIRST! We want the whole code of the project, development and installation. The code should be clear, include explanations and most importantly modular. This site will be the tip of the iceberg so expect for add-ons and seperate projects to come. Please include your MSN contact information on your bid. We’re not looking for a high roller development team but an honest and hardworking developer with reasonable pricing. We also outsource projects, so please keep in mind that many more projects will come after this for the right programmer. Please don’t expect any prior payments, since you’ll be paid once we see the project finished and working without any bugs. Please add any questions you have on PMB. What do we want? System will be pretty simple actually, what we want is a website for voip calls for 0800/erotic lines. The system will focus on two main aspects : 1. The Service Providers (SP’s) 2. The Clients The Service Providers; will create an account, give their information and necessary payment info etc. Then they’ll create an info section, which will be displayed on the main screen to the clients to connect them. Whenever the SP’s online, it will be shown on the site and the clients will be able to connect them over VOIP. The important thing here is that the VOIP connection should be made between these two parties but the operation should be controlled from the site. THE CLIENT SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEE ANY OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE SP AND THE VOIP ADDRESS, NICK ETC. OF THE SP SHOULD NOT BE VISIBLE TOO. The client will be charged for each minute. They should also be able to create video streams too with the same logic. The SP’s will be able to be flagged about their performance or marked for deletation by the clients if the client suspects that the SP is a minor. Certain number of flags mean automatic warning, suspension and eventually account termination. The clients; will come to the site, create an account and buy credits using CC, PayPal or Neteller. Then they’ll use these credits to contact with the SP’s. They’ll be charged for each minute. System Control : The main important thing here is that the reason of existance of the site is simple, to give working oppurtunity from home to the SP’s and make money. The SP’s will be able to create as many fliers (different types of intros for themselves) as they want but the important thing is that the extras will be charged and when the SP’s on connection with a client, the others will not be visible during the session. The SP’s will have the choice of following topics... 1. They’ll have 1 default flier. For that they’ll be charged no extra. 2. For the extra fliers, they’ll be charged an extra percentage, which should be interchangable from the sites admin section globally. 3. They’ll be able to charge different amounts for voice and video connections. 4. They’ll normally have price limits for their services, but if they want to charge extra, they’ll be asked for another additional percentage too. 5. On the main screen, where the fliers of all SP’s displayed, there will be two different section. One of those will be rotating between the SP’s on a regular order. The other one should be for the ones that want to pay extra amount to be displayed. The amount will be paid in different options such as, one time, for X number of connections, for x minutes of display, for x number of display etc. Main Screen : On the main screen the appereance will be simple. The client will choose either from one of the displayed SP’s or choose one with the custom selection tool, where he/she will be able to choose the specific details and be directed to that SP. The client also will be able to buy credits from here. Since the connection between the Client and the SP’s will not be done using the sites bandwidth or resources, it’s also important for us to warn the client when his/her credits are running low during a chat or video session. The client should be able to buy more credits during the session by a pop-up quick payment window. The Public Access : The site will be strictly 18+, therefore we want that to be mentioned on the index screen, and restrict users, clients & SP’s who do not match this criteria. The SP’s will be asked for a bank account or CC account to be paid and the age check of them should be made at that point too. We also want the site to be search engine friendly. The infos that the SP’s enter should be visible on the search engines but should direct the surfers to the site –with the SP’s service or similar service present on the screen. Admin Area : On the admin area, we should be able to perform the following features... 1. Send mass e-mails to the clients and/or SP’s for newsfeeds. 2. Warn, suspend or remove SP’s with bad reputation/performance. 3. Make/confirm payments to the SP’s and display their performance & income that they’ve produced 4.
