Web Template Clone

We need a charity website template that is a clone or better, of [login to view URL] website. - Our page contents and pictures are ready and saved on a temporary password-protected site we created and hosted by Yahoo, until we stumbled across this other website and knew we needed a design change - All we need is the capabilty for us to do our usual page updates. - We would populate the pages with our contents ourselves. So we would consider your suggestion of OS and Database to use, and would also consider your suggestion of a new domain host at the end of the project. This should help facilitate the design time.
