Simpler version of BluePhone Elite 2- App to talk on your cell phone using your computer as the speaker and mic

I need a simple Mac app that will: 1. Turn my mac into a bluetooth headset and connect to my phone when i get close 2. Will set the settings to automatically connect or not when I'm close) 3. Very minimal User Interface, I want something that runs and feels like [login to view URL] 4. Want the app to access my phonebook so i can dial from it and send text messages also from it (This portion of the app is much more involved, i would like a possible quote with or without this feature) That's it folks!
