Access maintenance screens

This is a sub-set of another system. We need data entry screens for an administrator to maintain various tables and relationships. See attached Access 2003 database and schema. A Hospital can have many Divisions, Divisions have Services, and Services have Wards Users can have records in HopsitalUsers, DivisionUsers, ServiceUsers and WardUsers (this is used to restrict access within the larger application) We require maintenance screens for all tables. Drill down / pop-up / sub-forms where applicable. See frmMaintenance & frmUser mockups. The screens should be easy to use. When entering users, it must be fast to allocate them to divisions, services and wards. Use your imagination! Must use Access 2003.
