We only have a basic understanding of what the subject heading means so we require a Freelancer to either provide us with the know how to set up an operating environment that will resolve this requirement or to supply some software what will seamless perform it. We have text files from a supplier that need to be encrypted in PGP. They requested that we supply an SSH public key in RSA format to them so they can encrypt the file. Once we get it (via FTP download), we're supposed to decrypt with our private key/passphrase and then have access to the text file. This must be done within a Windows environment, so linux solutions won't work for us. To date, we've tried downloading PGPTool and even though we can generate a public/private key pair, we can only decrypt text. Any file encrypted by a third party doesn't seem be recognized by PGPTool as file we can decrypt. Thanks!
