from excel to windows desktop software

Hi, I'm looking for an expert who will allow me to recreate my excel database on a windows desktop software. What I'm looking for is not a program that has to do other external operations or connected to third-party data, simply make it more fluid and professional and above all tie together the various data that I use on excel in the various sheets. I enclose some of the characteristics that the program must possess; - order entry and new customer entry - customer management (personal data / amounts spent / transactions carried out, last order date, etc.) - management of customized warehouse items (items with different units of measure for both liquid and pieces, items with variables) - sales reports of various types (by year / by article, hybrid set manually, by payment method) - search function with filter, relative to single sections and global - possibility of having masks detached from the program, to be moved on the desktop. Of course I will provide photos of everything that I would like to contextualize in the program, and possibly attach the excel file I use. Thanks
