Looking for experts to automate a Word doc into an infographic with simple data.

I have a need to work with some data that is entirely Word based. In Excel, it would be either be done as custom or conditional formatting (icon sets, non color filled cells). The output then needs to be charted as an infographic (4 quadrant dot colored matrix/BCG matrix or some visual chart to show where they fall within 4 categories). Since this is 100% Word based (no insert object, embed or links should be in here), the goal is to automatically update the infographic when a selection is changed/adjusted/selected (no idea how to work this on the back end). There is not much data to work with, so this is quite a mini project which needs an expert help (I'm useless when it comes to Word). E.g: Category: Supermarket, Farmers Market, Convenience Stores, Delivery Position: Aisle, Cold Fridge, Bins, Check-out Selection: Apple, Orange, Pears, Grapes (total 12) Value: 110 up to -30 Output 1 - Apple (at 100 points) turns into an icon/dot that is green, Orange (at 75 points) turns into an icon/dot that is yellow etc. Values do not need to be shown. Output 2 - The above outcome is then charted in a 4 quadrant matrix/BCG matrix/chart based on the 'Category' and 'Positions' these fall in. Project needs to complete by 23rd April.
