Help devloping existing wordpress webiste

I have a webiste with many task where I will need help of somebody profficient in Wordpress and creating own plugins. Please leave in an offer with you hour rate and estimation of time you need to close certain tasks. I want to hire 1-2 developers to made task. How our cooperation would work: 1) I will wirte you task with description, you estimate time you need. 2) If we agree on ceratin amount of hours you start work, and you are paid by fixed amount of hours we agreed before starting task 3) We divide work and payment into milesotnes for about 6-32 hours for every 3 tasks assigned to you. You can offer to work only for 1 from 2 tasks, or on both. I need time estimation and costs for whole modules. We can later on discuss how we divide work into milestones.
