Need Template Converted Into A Wordpress Theme

Hi, I would like a quote to have a WP theme created from a template that I received from one of the products that I bought. I would like to be able to easily create blogs, and not need to deal with the complicated template. The person teaching the course, insists that every page should have a structure similar to this Meta structure: Title Meta Description Meta Keywords H1 tag for all pages H2 tags on all pages-2 on index page I am really NOT at all technical, and I need to be able to change these tags for each page. I would need to be able to put a picture of the product that I am promoting at the top. Sorry, if this is not clear, I don't know what everything is called. I am attaching the template that I received. IF this can be done, please quote me a price to do this, as well as the period of time it will require.
