I have a wordpress templates that needs text, a form that can be done by a plug in, set up email, pay pal. I will send all text , the template has already been installed on the hosting site and some plug ins are there. I am very apprehensive about doing business out of the country and would not be comfortable paying until the site was up and running. I also would need a flat fee. I have other sites that I want done but I want to wait to see how this goes.
