I have a website at [login to view URL] that is created in wordpress. My designer is not responding to my requests any more and there are some issue with it. They have used a template called "Medical Press" which litters the site with medical terminology which seems to be part of the template - which makes the site look unprofessional. I need someone experienced and reliable to fix it. this will probably be over a period of 3-4 weeks in blocks of 2-3 hours at at time.

I'm not sure what medical terminology you're referring to in your project description. The only work I see that you need to do is replace the "lorem ipsum" placeholder text with your text.
