Well done custom WP Site Tutor with a side of secure login

I tried. I got really far. Now I need some one to help me finish. But I need that some one to walk me through the steps I missed so I can finish it next time. I am creating a business website using a custom template in WordPress. I transfered all the hosting from GoDaddy to BlueHost. I synced it all up and am trying to make it all work, but the WP template is not being nice, and the dashboard of BlueHost is confusing me. Please help me navigate through the missing steps. Then, I need you to build out one of the tabs on the website, to go to a secure login box. This takes the customer to a place where they see their purchase history, can download PDF's, etc. Still have not chosen the program to run this, but I would love your input on my top 3 choices. Lickity split, site is done. Oh, and I need this ASAP. I thank you for your help.
