Magento Project

Hello, In march we launched a project on oDesk for the development of a Magento webshop. This webshop is now delivered by our initial contractor, but despite certain positive aspects: 1) it is full of bugs (the site is responsive design but there are some issues related to that) 2) we have a lot of extra new requirements that we want to have implemented (extensions) 3) a critical part of the website, the shipping methods & payment service, still has to be integrated and configured on our website 3) the contractor scores 0/10 when it comes to project management. He is just charging me attempting to fixing bugs he did cause and has understimated the initial cost by 50% so far. We are tired of him. Since the original delivery is not "ready to use" although he claims it is we want to hire someone else to develop the remainder of the work. The main task would be 1) fix all reported (by us) and discovered (by you) bugs 2) research, develop, implement extra requirements (contact form, review script, ajax based shopping cart,...) 3) integrate and configure our shipping method and payment method requirements. (we have contracted shipping method (Bpost) and payment service integrators, so the extensions need to be integrated and configured) Because those extensions will have to match our design (mobile - responsive too), great css skills are also required. I am looking for a polyvalent Magento developer / designer with great sense of communication and professionalism. I do not want long default application letters with endless non-relevant portfolio's upon application, but a personal introduction about yourself with max 1 or 2 RELEVANT portfolio results + an explanation of the exact work you delivered. Once you apply I will provide you with more information regarding our project and the remaining work. In attachment you can find a zip file with a couple of images of bugs we found out after initial delivery (some may have been fixed) but the most important are the 2 .docs 1) bugs_extensions_bouwkampioen is a doc with a checklist of tasks (design bugs and request for new extensions to be researched and integrated) 2) Large_Goods is an overview of the shipping methods & payment methosd we want to see integrated in our site. If after reading those docs you still have no broad view of what we are looking at I don't think it is smart to apply. If you have something like: "I know what they want and I can deliver", then apply! I will provide you more information and our website URL so you can look into the tasks more in detail. We are looking for a pay per hour job with upfront estimation of hours needed for each (big) to do. Daily communication with status updates and updating performed against estimated hours per task via google docs excel sheet is something you find normal (if not, don't apply) Best Regards
