So we are looking to reorganize the site using all the CSV and XML feeds ( from in house ) and create the site to be functioning like ( treg ny dot com ) With all the additional functionalities + add Clients testimonials on apt that Rented Or Sold. Travel Directory with Maps and related local properties available Expanded service area: Regional and International. Ability to Extract pages to Craigslist etc Integration to Existing Craigslist accounts All to be on OpenSource formula and ( not Joomla ) Video per property display Agnates Sections - With their Properties Representing, Articles, and Social connections Event Colander For various postings ( in the media articles, open houses etc ) Media Section- Press Relapses, In The News, Available Graphics for affiliates etc The Job will require constant work and Will pay for additional inputs , Local directories, SO A Design The Site B Impliment all the above C Create a CMS and Ability to update from XML and CV And RSS ( so pointing and Conversion ) D
