Zoho Implementation

I am looking for someone to automate workflows in Zoho One. Phase One to be complete: Painting Estimate Form - Once filled out it must go to a “Please confirm” form. - If clicked confirmation is submitted, then 4 documents are generated. - A Contract that is autofilled with specific fields from Estimate form in Zoho Sign. - A Work Order that is autofilled with specific fields from Estimate form. - A Purchase Order that is autofilled with specific fields from Estimate form. - An Invoice that is autofilled with specific fields from the Estimate form for a deposit. - Contract and Work Order will be emailed to multiple emails and saved to client card in Zoho CRM - Once the contract is sign, it will need to redirect to a scheduler of some sort that shows availability (ideally that links with the availability of our team that would be in Zoho People) - When they pick a date, it will send a confirmation email and trigger the Purchase Order to be sent to specific emails. - If they choose to not schedule at that moment, it will need to trigger a task in Project Management and the CRM prompting a follow up call to schedule the date. - When they do the follow up call and eventually schedule the date, the Purchase Order has to be triggered to be sent by email at that time. - A project needs to be created in Zoho Projects. Forms to be completed/created Painting Estimate - The main form is complete, but it needs to have subforms created with a section of the information from the main form on it. The subforms need to still hold calculations based on how many times a subform is accessed and data is imputed to then give a total at the bottom. The rest still need to be generate by the fields on the Estimate. - Work Order - Purchase Order - Invoice - Contract (will have to provide the terms for acceptance of contract) Invoice will push info to Quickbooks.
