The project in the course is an application of the material covered within that course. The student should select a real-life project for which data is available. the team should do the following: - 1. Write a briefing statement about the current project and describe the surrounding circumstances. 2. Develop a complete WBS for the project 3. Develop a budget and show the budget using the appropriate way you prefer (a button-up approach has to be used) 4. Schedule the project using networking 5. Crash or expedite the project 6. Allocate resources 7.
