I have a short mp4 video animation that I'd like to turn into a banner advert. I don't know how to turn this into an HTML5 banner, so I can upload it to the Google Admanager system. I presume it's quick and easy to make a HTML5 package for it, but don't have the time to learn. I need 970x250 and 300x250 sizes, clicking through to The mp4 has sound on it, but the real banner needs to be silent (or have a setting in it to turn on the sound) The animation should auto-play, and ideally loop.
