I have been able to create a search results page because of your input. One thing I am not able to figure out is how to not display certain heading elements if certain posts don't exist in the search query. For example if you search REIT on my site you will get results for all post types. However, if you search REIT Opportunities you will get results for 3 of the 5 post types leaving 2 heading elements without any result content below them.
