About three years ago I commissioned some software via rentacoder, it is a program to take lists of unicode domain names and scrape whois information from a public database. The program was written in java and worked flawlessly for about 2 years. 1 Year ago I used rent-a-coder to make the program compatable for Windows 7 and again it worked flawlessly for about a year. Until today. I believe the domain name whois registry which my program scrapes recently added or changed the name of a field(s) which is throwing off the output I receive in ms excel.
