I need an Drag and Drop API that can take DIV's and move then around a template that can then be saved back into a MySQL database. Script Libraries such as prototype and scriptaculous should be used for animation, functionality and effects. Needs to be multi user and contain a redirection component for saving these pages under a subdomain.
