Hi, I am looking for someone who could teach me how to use SierraChart spreadsheet, as I want to backtest my own trading strategies and build custom signals using SC indicators. You will need to teach me how build: - buy/sell formula - close/cover formula - custom signal formula how to setup stop loss and how to setup profit targets. so far been watching this I understand overall logic, just can't seemed to put it together.
On the sierrachart platform, I'm trying to change a parameter on a sierra chart subgraph. It is a volume profile which automatically plots the levels of the volume profile (VPOC, VAH, VAL) It automatically plots the levels of the past (previous days) but some plotted levels are invalid because it was then hit by the price. I want the levels not to be drawn from when the price was touched on the following days. I have an algorithm on sierra chart which uses these levels as a target, but only for the day before. I want that once this modification is made it can take into account all the levels of the past and not only those of the day before
Here is the code in SC, that I also need in TOS and TV. I have a special "problem" with the renko unsupported study in Sierrachart I have the source code of the said study here What bothers me is the fact that this study removes and redraws the renko boxes that have been formed. is there a possibility that the formed boxes remain and do not go away again? I made an example video which you can see here: please only report who is really able to help! What i like to have that study build a renko brick every time if market have move the renko box size for example eur/usd go 10 pips up and than 3 pips down. And i have usd renko box size 1 pip than have made the renko study 10 green renko boxes and break green renko boxes and made 3 red
Hello, I need a sierracharts indicator. I am looking for indication of absorption so it would be an imbalance at a price point, so say a bar is from 4330 to 4335, and at 4334 there is 500 market buy orders and 10 market sell orders, that would print a dot on the right. If at 4334 there were 400 market sell orders and 500 market buy orders it would show nothing. If there were 500 market sell orders and 19 market buy orders it would print a dot on the left. Basically take the "footprint chart" information and turn it into a dot with sizing (more imbalance = bigger dot, less imbalance = smaller dot) with a threshold for a dot to show, threshold being 200% so if one side is 200% more aggressive than the other start with a smaller dot and scale up as it increases. I need a study for sierrachart which will record some values from orderbook (takes a snapshot of these values). I specifically need highest volume price on bid and ask, highest stacking price on bid and ask and highest pulling price at bid and ask. I am able to do it via depth data study + spreadsheet but the problem is this way values are not persistent so whenever i reload chart or reconnect to data service all value disapear and it starts to collect data all over.

Hello I require a custom indicator developed for Sierrachart:. I want it to sit at the bottom of he screen and operate like a colored ribbon. The ribbon will have 4 colors, green, dark green, red, dark red. It will have 5 layers that each corresponds to a different MTF (Multi-time-frame) combination of two moving averages. I need a Sierra Chart custom study built that finds the Highest HIGH, Lowest LOW and their MID (y-axis) between an inputted START & END Date/Time (x-axis) and then draws a connected line from those points to another Highest HIGH, Lowest LOW and their MID based on second set of inputted START & END Date/Time. I would like an input to give the option to Extend the Line as a forward projection. If the second END Date/Time is already terminated then the study would draw the lines and be completed. IF the second END Date/Time is in the future then the study would draw the lines based up to the present then continue to re-plot the lines based on new Higher High or Lower Low until the second END Date/Time terminates.
