Subscribers are required to specify their interests (corresponding to the tags) when subscribing to the newsletter. If the selection of their interests matches a certain percentage with the tags of the news blogs, a news blog is assigned to the subscriber. We use WordPress as a CMS, and each news blog will be created as a "post." There will be a website where all news blogs can be viewed and filtered (by date, location, tags)....
