I am looking for a skilled 3D artist who can create a model of a fast food restaurant exterior. The project involves modeling the building facade, signage, and outdoor seating area. Specifics: - The model should be compatible with Blender. - I will provide design references for the desired style. - The level of detail required is medium-poly, suitable for architectural visualizations. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, specifically Blender. - Experience in creating architectural visualizations. - Ability to accurately model building facades, signage, and outdoor seating areas. - Strong attention to detail to ensure the model captures the desired style and level of detail. If you have the necessary skills and experience, please submit your proposal along with examples of your previous work. I am looking for 2 models - I am supplying a reference image of each. I would like the models to be a generic version based on the reference images, slightly altered to avoid any copyright infringement, perhaps with a ficticious name.
