Email translation services and client management services required in:
English - Farsi - English
English - Turkish - English
English - Arabic - English
English - Malay - English
We are looking to to employ an experienced, qualified FEMALE translator with excellent attention to detail, customer service oriented. The minimum requirements are:
Native speaker of language, with excellent English (ideally a team of 2-3 people able to work together and cover down times/holidays etc.)
Available for a contracted 30 hours per week, 5 days per week, 6 hours per day. The actual hours worked are up to the translator, however they must be online and logged into the system for set hours daily.
Minimum 6 month contract
High speed internet access/broadband (minimum ADSL) as all processing done online via online interface
SKYPE with microphone
Willing to work Florida, USA East Coast time for initial training period (approximately 15-20 hours of training required, all delivered online).
Payment terms are 20th of month following invoice.
The client is a USA based multilevel marketing company. They do not have the language skills in house to service their non-English speaking clientele. The selected translators will be required to undergo training, and from there will be assigned to processing client enquiries and dealing with clients directly. In general, the client enquiries are simple (I lost my password, when do I get paid, I have a log-in issue etc. etc.).
All contractors are required to sign a Non-Disclosure agreement (NDA). If you are not prepared to keep to both the letter and the spirit of the NDA then please do not apply. If you do not meet all of the minimum requirements above then do not apply.
It is planned the training will start in May 2006.
We require from applicants the following:
Resume with background on qualifications, translation experience and computer hardware and internet connection details.
Confirmation you have SKYPE installed, with a microphone, and are competent operating it.
Proposed hours of work YOUR LOCAL TIME (e.g. Monday to Friday, 10AM to 4PM Istanbul time)
Any period where you are unavailable for the next 12 months (to end of April 2007)
Your price, on a monthly basis, for dedicated 30hrs of time per week. Please specify currency and payment method (Paypal, TT etc.). No prices based on a per word rate will be accepted.
