I need Eight short essays that are examples for High School- does not need to be professional- Pay is no more more than $10 pr- Essay total $80
1) First essay 3/4 PAGE: Pick a lesson you learned from others
Type a persuasive journal entry that convinces the reader that this lesson could be the most important lesson anyone could learn in his or her life.
Explain why it is important. with good use of voice.
2) Second Essay is revision of the first One:
a. For the first five sentences identify the subjects and predicates.

c. Then, for the next five sentences, underline the simple subject once and italicize the simple predicate.
d. At end of essay write what sentence structure and sentence type you used most frequently by writing them both at the bottom of the journal.
3) THIIRD ESSAY- Need only 3 sentences.
Take your revised essay from above and Write a thematic statement
A thematic statement is the essence of what people could learn or internalize from your writing.
Your thematic statement should be a complete sentence and should state the message your journal is trying to illustrate.
Since you were asked to write about a certain lesson you or someone else learned, a theme should already be evident in your writing.
4) Write 3/4 page Essay about experiences where you had not control - Must read attachment of "When heaven and earth traded places"
Explain what lesson you learned from the story, and describe how it has affected you as a person for better or worse.
Be clear.
5) Write a one-page narrative (single-spaced, 12-point font) that explains an event in your past.
that may seem very insignificant to another person but is nevertheless significant to you.
This significance should be something people could learn from you.
Include an experience from your life in first person
Include:
-an interesting and captivating introduction
-a strong voice and personality
-a good character description of self and others in the paper -
-a plot or clear event happening
-strong sensory description (especially of the setting)
-
-a clear and understandable end in which the significance of the event is explained -
You should think of an experience where something normal happened; however, looking back, or even at the moment, the insignificant event is really significant to you for some reason. The next few pages include writing tips that you should use as you write your narrative
6) WRite Essay- three-fourths page in which you try to persuade a parent, or good friend to allow you to do something you really want to do that you know they’ll be against.
Think up good reasons to support yourself, and try to be convincing.
Try not to act acrimonious or cynical - be passionate, but not too emotional.
Use persuasive tone and good reasons behind the argument.
7) Take essay from above in which you try to persuade a parent or good friend.
In each sentence, bold any complements used,
Including direct objects, indirect objects, predicate adjectives, predicate nominatives.
8) Write essay that is opposite from one above:
Using informal fallacies in writing instead of having good supports for persuasion, you need to use all poor reasons through the use of informal fallacies
. For example, you could tell your parents you need a cell phone because you need a cell phone (circular reasoning).
Or, you could explain that you should have a later curfew because all of your other friends have a late curfew (bandwagon).
The length and persuasive voice should be the same; however, you are only going to use poor reasons.
