360Kmall Restaurants Smart Food Ordering Android and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) App Requirements. We seeking a very skilled Android mobile app and windows communication foundation (WCF) and windows presentation foundation (WPF) developer to implement an android mobile app and desktop WPF installed on clients restaurant owners computers use to create food menus and upload to our server 360kmall and pull by mobile user looking to order food from these restaurants around the world. This application must be done in Java for Android mobile app, C# for All WPF and WCF web services and SQL server 2008 R2 database and store procedures. see attached file for details requirement. presentation, experience and timely delivery is required for this project. bid if you can meet these needs. To win this project, you must show past completed similar projects. Use Visual Studio 2012 or 2010. and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Deliverable will be:- 1) Android App Published in Google App Store 2) Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) complete code and Installer that can be downloaded by Restaurant Owners from [login to view URL] and seemlessly installd on their local computers. 3) This WPF should know how to call wcf web services from [login to view URL] to login and allow user to perform all necessary functions on the requirements. sample xml files created by WPF app and submitted to the server or pulled from the server to modify menus 4) SQL microsoft server scripts used to create tables, populate the tables and store procedures used and other necessary scripts used 5) WCF - xml web services code that pull and submit XML files by the WPF client app and the server 6) WCF -json web services code that is consumed by the Android app used by shoppers

WPF and WCF expert at your disposal. I can work togheter with another developer. Sql Server experts. We are the first two devs on WPF Freelancer ranking. We can develop WPF gui and backend, but not good on Android app. If you like I can find a good Android app and complete the team. Please visit my profile. I read your specs and your budget is extremely low. A rough etimation is about $ 50K for 1 year dev, but to write a complete project plan a detailed analysis is nedeed. My bid is related only to the analysis phase, so I am proposing you to create a detailed project plan.
